Muze were able to help a customer in Walton, Liverpool. The plot, covering just under a half acre, had previously been used a temporary car park. It was no longer in use and they were unsure what to do with it.
The owner contacted Muze Group and we suggested an approach they hadn’t thought of. This secured a far higher price for the land than they had anticipated.
The sale was completed with no charge to the client.
